1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable: personalized items, opened hygiene products, and final-sale items.
2. Return Process
Please contact our customer support at support@bebeaurora.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please ship the item back within 7 days after you receive the return confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping back to BebeAurora. We recommend using a trackable and insured service (for example, UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged packages, or return costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact support@bebeaurora.com to start the process.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post the refund.
- Contact your bank — there may be processing delays.
